Stop by the activities office anytime and pick up the latest activities and fitness schedules. We offer many educational seminars, fitness classes and other activities for members only that are designed to improve your health and give you a chance to meet other members.
Our director of activities and fitness Toni Grace can also help you set up personal training sessions in our fully equipped fitness center. We have a great fitness center with weight-lifting machines, bicycles and treadmills. Remember, working out in our fitness center just might be able to improve your golf game.
